Calling All Volunteers!

Election day is Tuesday November 5th - 52 days away - and we need as many volunteers as we can get to help us cover every polling location in Arlington! There are 54 of them in total and we'd love to have multiple people at most or all of them. I'm teaming up with Vell Rives for this effort so we can split volunteer recruitment efforts. Vell is an awesome school board candidate, a friend, and also a Forward Party endorsed Independent.

If you're able to help, please fill out this Google Form. The form also has a place to indicate if you're able to help with any other campaign efforts between now and election day (dropping fliers, putting out yard signs, etc.).

You're also encouraged to spread the word / pass the Google Form along to anyone you may know who would be interested in helping. If you know any young people who are interested in politics, this is a great opportunity to get hands on experience learning about campaigns.

Having presence at polling locations to interact with low information voters as they walk in has had a very significant impact in past cycles for other independent / third party candidates in our area. Your help will go a long way!

In other news, it's been a great week on the campaign trail, including Wednesday night's candidate forum hosted by Advance Arlington. See here for the full recording!

I also enjoyed participating in Trivia Night yesterday at Arlington's local VFW: John Lyon Post 3150. My team didn't win any of the three rounds, alas. But we had a lot of fun and I enjoyed meeting some of our local veterans and hearing their stories. Several gave a presentation about their experiences serving in Operation Iraqi Freedom, which was fascinating and humbling. I will definitely be back for another Trivia Night soon!

As always, thanks for your help and your interest in my campaign! If you can't volunteer, please consider donating. This is a key time for donations so we can pay for yard signs, text message outreach, and digital ads.

Thanks!

Madison
